Your mail provider may send emails from our journals into yours spam/junk folders. If you are waiting mail from our editor but still didn't get it, please check your spam/junk folders before contact us.
If You are using mail service based on OutLook (@outlook.com, @hotmail.com, @live.ru, etc.), please, go to the mailbox options -> Mail -> Junk email ->Filters and reporting and change:
1. Choose a junk email filter -> «Exclusive»
2. Block content from unknown senders -> «Show attachments, pictures, and links for senders with good reputations»
